Fitness
The adventX fitness method. 

The secret to the adventX fitness method lies within the synthesis of its parts. Ours is a complete training system that does not rely on a single training type. Instead, it fuses endurance, strength, speed, power, balance, coordination, agility and stamina to produce a uniquely and highly effective result for the athlete. Often people who are beginning their training (especially after a layoff or injury) don’t identify themselves as athletes. We do. From day one, our clients feel the benefits that a well trained athlete enjoys - no matter what age, fitness level, or experience level.
 
Adventure
Whenever and wherever we can, we train outdoors in beautiful and invigorating settings. We bring adventure to our training - highlighting adventurous activities that our clients can do together, or as part of their individual training programs. Some of our clients prepare for 5k runs, first triathlons, century bike rides, challenging mountain climbs, and so on; others train simply to enjoy and enhance their daily lives. While adventX serves all abilities of athletes, our clients have achieved extraordinary successes in areas such as national championship cycling, and climbing the world's highest mountains. We encourage our clients to set goals of all types and scopes. Whether running your first lap around the lake, refining your conditioning as an elite athlete, or anything in between, we support your goals and will strive to bring out your best. 

Community
Rarely do our individual results compare with what we can achieve together. At adventX, we believe in teamwork. As few as two people can create a strong team, while most of our training programs involve groups numbering between ten and twenty. We have witnessed that group effort results in higher performance for everyone.

We extend this principle to our coaching team. All of our coaches have practical experience as well as a specialty skill set. The result is a blend of expertise that allows us to benefit from combining varied but synergistic types of training in one class. Do interval training, pilates, yoga, gymnastics and athletic drills belong in one work out? Absolutely!
