adventX Registration

adventX offers unique multi-week outdoor fitness programs that combine professional instruction with teamwork.  The workouts take place in beautiful outdoor settings, and the programs are supported with optional ‘extra-curriculum’ group activities: runs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc.

We’ve succeeded in creating an environment where people meet their goals.

When we ask successful adventX clients what they’ve gained, the most common responses are:

Who tries our programs?

Outdoor athletes, executives, professionals who need to be fit for work, and people who are looking for a great alternative to the gym.  The strength of the group is a key asset.  It’s simply hard to fail with the support of like-minded people.

adventX clients have accomplished major goals: climbing the worlds highest peaks, running marathons and half-marathons, competing in triathlons of all distances, participating in long distance bike rides and backcountry adventures. Peer coaching and teamwork make our program very powerful.

What is the adventX training method?

We focus on an intelligent and professional approaches to training.  Primum non nocere – first, do no harm.  We know that training need to be progressive, so you’ll start at an intensity that’s right for you – even if others in the group are stronger or less strong.

What’s included?
 
•Ten 2-hour group sessions, or eighteen 75-minute sessions (depending on the program you choose)
•An adventX fitness assessment.
•A copy of our adventX Daily Dozen exercises

What are the differences in the programs?

Each adventX program – Discovery Park, Greenlake, Lincoln Park, Capitol Hill, and Bothell – has subtle differences.  The results, however, will be very similar.  You can expect that the twice-weekly programs will be shorter and more intense, focusing on anaerobic and strength work; while the weekend programs focus more on long endurance.
