adventX registration

With adventX at Lincoln Park, you'll get an energizing, fun and challenging work-out (though with multiple instructors we’ll always make sure you’re in the right group for your ability). This program offers a wide range of calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio training, and strength work.  Best of all, this class is not in the gym - we train in the outdoors with great views and varied terrain. 

Once registered, we’ll send instructions on what to wear, and forward a copy of our adventX Daily Dozen exercises that you can start doing right away.

If you’ve never tried our class, and are wondering what you might be getting yourself in to!  Please call us or send us an email – we’d be very happy to answer any questions.

We meet at Lincoln Park in West Seattle, in the large parking lot adjacent to Fauntelroy Way.
