We invite you to try adventX™ 2010 Summer outdoor fitness training! Below is a brief summary of our programs. Please contact us with questions, or if you'd like to sign up for a one-week free trial.
This outdoor fitness program meets twice a week at Green Lake: Mondays and Wednesdays. The 10-week curriculum consists of progessive week-by-week improvement cycles. Workouts are 'challenge-by-choice' - all abilities are welcome.

This outdoor fitness program meets at Discovery Park on Saturday mornings, once a week for 10-weeks. The curriculum consists of progressive week-by-week improvement cycles. This is a circuit training class that combines calisthenics with short-distance running. Work-outs are 'challenge-by-choice' - all abilities are welcome.
Classes begin Saturday, April 10!

All clients who sign up for our 'Unlimited Classes and Programs' are invited to join our Running Programs - these consist of Tuesday night stair climbing, Thursday night track work-outs, and Sunday long runs. 'Unlimited' clients may also join our Fit-2-Climb hikes.
