AdventX team coaching programs are customized around your team’s needs and goals. It’s important to us to find a goal that fits your team’s ability and budget. But you’d be surprised at how a small or great adventure can be significantly more affordable than a corporate meeting in Las Vegas. Perhaps a bit healthier, too!
We’ve worked with client groups from scout troops to corporate firms, training for such things as fundraising climbs, racing events, and group backpacking retreats. We love to act as your adventure consultants, designing rewarding experiences that can pay dividends in increased team productivity, cooperation, health and confidence.
Founder and coach John Colver has competed in and been trained as a coach for professional and international cycling events. He has also served a military officer responsible for preparing and training elite soldiers to the highest standard.
Cofounder and Mount Everest summiteer Jeff Dossett has coached world class business teams, and has held executive positions at Microsoft for the past twenty years.
AdventX has worked closely with Rainier Mountaineering Inc, and with RMI owner Peter Whittaker who brings limitless leadership and passion to his expeditions and events.
Pricing:
Team coaching costs range from $500/day for a hike or snowshoe trip, to a two-week expedition to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro (call to discuss pricing). We’ll work with you to design the perfect team coaching event or experience for the right duration, and within your budget.
